Hypothesis

Adobe Stock buyers search for maps (country, state, county, region vectors) and complain that the vector maps there are wrong or badly built (community.adobe.com bug report 1463017); text-to-image generators cannot draw accurate borders. A catalogue of accurate, layered SVG maps rendered by code from public-domain boundary data (Natural Earth, US Census cartographic boundaries), one named path per region, with full keywords, gets accepted (>=50% acceptance) and found by Adobe Stock search: 300 accepted files reach 30+ downloads/month by month 3 and the catalogue compounds (royalty ~33%, under 1 USD per vector download, paid via PayPal/Payoneer, min 25 USD).

Stop rule

Kill at once if Adobe's contributor terms forbid an AI agent operating the account or uploading, or Adobe refuses the account/payout for Israel. Acceptance below 30% on the first 50 reviewed files -> one revision pass, kill if the next 50 are still below 30%. Signal = downloads (Adobe contributor stats): 0 downloads 21 days after 100 accepted files are live -> kill; under 10 downloads 30 days after 300 accepted are live -> kill; under 50 USD/month royalties 90 days after 300 accepted -> kill. Upload pace is ours: no date for it.

What we tried

What blocks a stranger licensing one of our maps today: no Adobe Stock contributor account tries our own Adobe ID sign-up once as our address, rules 11/30; else ONE owner need), no files builds the generator + first 50), no tax form/payout (owner need, only after files are accepted: payout needs a first sale 45 days old and 25 USD). Review by Adobe takes days per batch; "submitted" is not "live": count only files the contributor portal shows as approved.
