Tuper

Terms of service and refund policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply to the website tuper.app and to Tuper products bought on our websites (ReplaceKit, Indexkeeper, Formwell, Dutyroll and others). A product's own terms page may add details for that product. Contact: support@tuper.app.

Using our products

You may use our products for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of the platform they run on (Google, Chrome, Discord, Slack, Shopify). Don't use them to send spam, harass people or break the law, and don't try to bypass licence checks or overload our servers. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Free and paid plans

Each product has a free plan with limits shown on its page. Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Checkout, invoices and sales tax are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, and its terms of sale also apply. Apps bought inside a platform marketplace are billed by that platform under its terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or the Polar customer portal, or by writing to us. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then reverts to the free plan. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

If a paid plan doesn't work for you, email support@tuper.app within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, we refund a renewal if you ask within 7 days of it and haven't used the paid features since it renewed. Where your local consumer law gives you more rights, those apply. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar.

Changes to prices and products

We will email paying customers at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for them. If we discontinue a paid product, we will tell customers at least 30 days in advance and refund any unused prepaid period.

No warranty and liability

Our products are provided "as is". We work to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date above; material changes are emailed to paying customers in advance.
