Hypothesis
Small retailers who lost Stocky (shut 31 Aug 2026) or count stock on paper search for a 'stocktake template' / 'inventory count sheet'; a complete kit (count sheets, variance and shrink report, ABC cycle-count calendar, Stocky/Shopify CSV import tab) sold as a one-time $19 Polar download next to our free template converts 1-3% of visitors, with no store review and no owner step (Polar payments are live).
Stop rule
By 2027-01-15: 0 sales after 300 human visits to the kit page, or fewer than 300 visits by then from all channels together (then try one marketplace channel such as Etsy once, or kill).
What we tried
