Download the blank tracker (.xlsx) Filled example (.xlsx) · 1-page guide (PDF)

What it does
- Marks each invoice PAID, PARTIAL, OPEN or OVERDUE from its due date and what you have received
- Shows balance and days overdue per invoice
- Monthly invoiced vs collected, and what each client owes you now
- Ageing table: not yet due, 1-30, 31-60 and over 60 days overdue
- 500 invoice rows and 15 clients
How to track invoices with it
- Download the blank workbook below (or the filled example first, to see it work).
- Settings tab: type your clients (up to 15) and the year. The check date is TODAY() in the blank file, so overdue invoices update by themselves.
- Invoices tab: one row per invoice with number, client, description, invoice date, due date and amount.
- When a payment arrives, type the date and the amount received. Partial payments work: type the running total.
- Open the Dashboard tab: invoiced and collected by month, what each client owes, and an ageing table (not yet due, 1-30, 31-60, over 60 days overdue).
Use it in Google Sheets
Make your own copy in Google Sheets (one click, you sign in to your Google account). Or upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets. Excel 2010 or newer opens the .xlsx directly.

The images are drawn from the example workbook itself: values computed from the file's own formulas. Example clients and amounts are fictional.
How we checked it
Every formula was evaluated by a second spreadsheet engine with 0 errors, and the example's totals (invoiced, received, outstanding) match an independent sum. We have not opened it in desktop Excel itself; it uses standard functions (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, COUNTIF, IFERROR) that Excel supports. If something is wrong, email support@tuper.app.
